There are two main ways:

(1) You can try this (http://gmail.wiggster.com/), provided by adwignall, or

(2) You can use the proper Gmail interface by firing up Terminal Services Client on your Pocket PC and establishing a remote connection with your PC, and from there, since you have direct control of your PC from your Pocket PC, you can load up your preferred browser, and navigate to Gmail from there. It's messy, but you have the proper Gmail interface at your disposal.

You may be able to post a link to the invite that you didn't use or register a friend -- hate for it not to be used...

That's how the PM system works. The message will stay in your Outbox until it's read by the recipient. Then it moves to Sent.

I heard about GMail some time ago and was instantly on the fence as to its desirability, but the inclusion of POP and the thought that I could now use my iPaq to access my mail (I'm a sucker for new uses for my PPC) is enough to put me over the edge, as it were.

Oh and did anyone else notice the :spam: on gmail. I started getting it from day one although I havent used that email at all back then. I get considerably less spam on my 3 year old ISP email.

All my :spam: goes to the :spam: folder, and I haven't had any in my inbox. I had to set a few filters to make PPCT e-mails (e-mail blasts and newsletters) go to the inbox instead of the :spam: folder. :? So far my experience with Gmail has been great!

Do you remember eons ago when desperate people paid for an invite over eBay, etc.? I reckon now it's the other way around - you now probably have to pay people to have them take your invites.
