Audio off

After converting a movie to watch on my PPC I found the Audio to not be matched up with the video. How can I fix this? I used Virtual Dub with other utilities to do the conversion

Have you tried PocketDivXEncoder (http://divx.ppccool.com/) to encode the movie? It really does make encoding simple. While VirtualDub offers an array of powerful features, some of the major problems stem from the fact that some options aren't configured properly, or some are just too complex for people to understand. I like to recommend PocketDivXEncoder to those who have problems with encoding, because it really makes it easy. If you're doing a straight rip from a DVD however, then XMPEG (http://www.xmpeg.net/) may be a good application to use.

Since you have already encoded the video, it gets a bit messy if you want to realign the audio to sync with the video. So you should probably just re-encode the video again.
