Does anybody know if there are plans to release WMP10 for the Asus a730?

This is not yet known. If you pay a visit to Microsoft's Media Player Mobile website, (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/windowsmobile/default.aspx) you will find a list of devices that are or will be updated with the new version. I think you may want to bookmark this and check back frequently in case they add the A730 to the list.
