What version of Windows CE are you running? If it's .NET, the following advice may be inaccurate.

Windows CE 3.0 and 2.xx make use of color schemes, a la Windows 9.x and 2000. ColorTweaker (http://www.neutrio.com/wince/ColorTweaker/colortweaker.html) can be used to alter color schemes (or you can just use the built-in Display Control Panel), and SmallTweak (http://tillanosoft.com/ce/stweak.html)to change font settings. If you want to make the background color for the desktop icons invisible, use DeSappear (http://www.neutrio.com/wince/DeSappear/desappear.html).

Actually, Chris, I'm a little confused as to what device you are actually running.

Can you please let us know what your device is? That way, we can find out what Windows CE 3.x device you have.

Are you trying to use PocketPC themes on a H/PC? This cannot be done.

Hmmm, the good old Cassiopeia EM-500.

Try this: http://www.handango.com/PlatformProductDetail.jsp?productType=2&optionId=1_2_2&jid=6D7B3XX6XD2C75BD52CA2XF2CE4B4F29&platformId=2&siteId=1&osId=87&productId=32059&sectionId=0&catalog=30&txtSearch=facelift

Hope that helps. 8)

j/w.. how much do u think one of these would sell for?

Well this is my opinion...

It's an old device and would really only appeal to:
(1) People who absolutely detest the new Pocket PCs and want a very simple personal organiser, or
(2) People who collect old handhelds

So really, the selling price can vary, but you wouldn't get a lot for it I dont think.

A little trip to Amazon, (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00004VWM5/002-3977516-8624845?v=glance) and you'll find that people are selling theirs for around $185. But with declining prices in current Pocket PCs, I'm not sure if you'll be able to get a buyer very quickly.
