Pocket PC Camera Quality ?

Can anyone confirm the best Pocket PC with built in camera for video recording. I use an XDA2 which can produce 240x320 video with an opton to record either MPEG4 or AVI.

Is there anything available that improves on this ?

I can't speak highly enough of the camera on my new Asus a730 VGA PPC. Really a great camera for a ppc.
