Is the new Dell Axim metal or plastic? After reading the reviews, you can't really tell.

Let's hope its not metal, because then you'll need a trolly to bring it around :lol:

I think it's the same high quality plastic as used on the 2215.

Hey....:) They have light metal alloys nowadays.

That would make the Pocket PC that much more appealing. ;)

The weight of it has been given. ;) And in terms of size, it's smaller than my X5, so if I can handle that....

Anyway, I *think* the 4700 is the only current Pocket PC with a metal casing, but I could be wrong.

The Jornada 54x series was metal and some found it pretty heavy (alhough I always found the weight re-assuring!), but the Toshiba e750 is metal and certainly no heavyweight. So I think agree that a device the size of the X50 in a nice lightweight alloy would be very appealing.
