Piel Frama 6315 case won't close

Well I just got my Piel Frama case today and it is great except for the magnet closure...well, it just doesn't close. The strap isn't quite long enough and the magnet doesn't have any strength, so if you pull really hard and get it to clasp, all it takes is a mere touch and it is off. Has anybody else had similar problems with this case or other Piel Frama cases?

I had the same trouble but after a couple of days of use I guess it stretched out some and it's fine now
