Does anyone have any experience with using a ppc abroad (I have an iPAQ). I want to be able to use an American one in Switzerland... Can I just buy a Swiss charger and use it?

You should be able to just purchase a plug adapter. The AC adapter that came with your iPaq should handle any of the power conversion for you. I travel with my iPaq and purchased a dedicated Charge Anywhere Kit (http://www.expansys-usa.com/product.asp?code=109033).

I was told about this device by a guy from Aximsite. It's a universal AC adaptor (120-240v) and portable power supply that can be used as a battery extender with rechargeable batteries.

Apparently, you can buy different "Adaptaplug" plugs for different devices. Dell makes it easy by giving you an adaptor with the PPCs that takes a standard kind of barrel to multipin adaptor. Don't know if you can get the same thing for an Ipac.

Cool thing about something like that is you can get on a long flight and keep your PPC powered up by changing AA batteries, and can probably use it to power other devices you have, as well as recharging batteries.
