I have some manga (comics) I want to view on the go. they are pretty big size (nearly 1024 in width usualy). Im looking for the best image viewer that could accomidate this type of reading. It would be best if page scrolling (left right up down) and viewing of the next image in the dir could be handeld compleatly via hardware buttons and rocker, with no UI on the screen at all and no need to take out the stylus. Also interpolation when resizing images (preferably allowing me to set a % and have it remember it for all images) so I can shrink pages a little and still keep text readable and the image pleasent to look at.
Anyone know of a program that would probably do all this?

This is how I would solve your problem... :D
What I would do is use freeware picture viewer IrfanView to do a batch resize on all the images to fit the PDA screen better (and save space) and throw them into a special directory. Then, I would upload them to my Pocket PC and view them there with Pictures app or the HTC Album program (that came with my Loox 720). Simple, free and yet statisfying... ;)

There is an excellent XP Image Resizer Power Tool that will automatically resize images to fit a variety of dimensions, including for the Pocket PC. You can use it to resize the images, then use any freeware viewer (I think your device came with one on the CD).

Batch resizing wont work. Text often varies in size and theres no guarentee that at one resized resolution, all text in an issue is readable. I would require that I beable to resize the image back to 100 if needed. Also I still need a viewer that I can view these things in still. ^^
