Sync-ing with 2 outlook calendars

Hello all

Here's the latest teaser - is there a way that I can sync & merge more than one calendar on my PPC? I've just changed jobs, and over here we use a shared MS Outlook calendar for tracking our movements, site deliveries & other important project milestones. However, I want to also keep this info on my PPC, as I want it when I'm out & about. Is there a way that I can merge & sync both my local Outlook calendar & the shared one?

I don't know of a way to do that with the built in Outlook on the PPC. My guess is you will have to try doing something on the desktop. You need to look for a way to merge the data from the public calendar with your local calendar and vise versa if needed. Again, I don't know of a way off the top of my head to do that aside from manually moving the items from public to local calendar. But I'll keep my eyes open for a way and if I find one, I'll let you know.

I've found the way around it - I use the public calendar to put all my work stuff in, and invite myself to everything. That puts a copy in my local calendar, & job done! :D

Mind you, if anyone does find a way to do it, let us know! 8)

I used to use a program call Pocket Lookout 2. I would let me copy Public Folder information to it Calendar program on my PPC. The latest version does not sync back to the Public Folder. It only creates a view of the Public Folder. The developer (Volken Software) has dropped support and the price is now $10 on Handango
