Less than a week ago, I was frustrated and depressed.  The sync port on my H5455 iPAQ was broken, and as a result, I couldn't sync, add software or even charge my favorite toy.  HP wanted to charge me $125 to install a new sync port.  That's when I turned to PPC Techs.  For about the same price as what HP was going to charge me to install a new sync port, PPC Techs installed a new sync port AND upgraded the RAM on my device to 128MB.  Moreover, their customer service was superb.  I sent my device to them via Express Mail on Saturday, and by Thursday morning, I had it back.  They called on Tuesday to let me know that it was ready to be shipped back to me and I asked them if they would include a L'il Sync Pro with my shipment.   My shipment arrived on time and with the L'il Sync Pro included.  Having the additional memory is great--no more juggling applications between built-in memory and SD cards.  It's so rare to have a good customer experience these days that I wanted to let all of you know that PPC Techs does it right.  Thanks guys! :way to go:
