Shopping advice - New York

I live in the UK but have a planned trip to New York in late November - can anyone give me any advice on the best place to shop for bargain electronics. I am thinking of purchasing a couple of Pocket PCs (HP1940) for some family members (if the price is right) and may want to pick up a couple of Nintendos DS GB if they are released at that time.

Any advice is appreciated.
