Pocketmac with h6315 - Sync only once?

I've recently decided to take the plunge and give the h6315 a try. So far I like the device. However, the trick seems to be syncing with my mac Powerbook G4.

I've installed PocketMac, and it works great for the first sync. However, when I try to connect the second time, the mac won't detect the ppc. If I reboot the mac, it works again - once. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and get the same results.

Any suggestions?

Honestly trying to be helpful here. I've used PocketMac for about 6 months now, and I find their technical support team to be very responsive and helpful. I'd suggest giving them a chance. I'm not experiencing this issue, but your set up might be a bit different than mine.

I appreciate your help. I submitted a ticket a week ago and am waiting for a response (word is, they have great support, but I haven't been able to sync for a week), and figured while I was waiting, I would look around a bit.

I still don't have a solution, so if anyone else out there has any good suggestions, please send them on.
