Screen wont respond

I was putting a new clear screen protector on. Befor I did that I used some computer screen cleaner wipes to get all the lint off. Well after I did all that the screen works but it is no longer touch sensitive. Has this happened to anyone. I live in Japan so if I have to send it in it will cost me a ton :cry:

At the top of the display, under and below the case cover where it says 'pocket pc' , there has been a loose piece of white plastic dropping down slightly towards the screen.
this then puts pressure on the digitiser and the screen wont respond.
Toshiba fixed mine when it went in for other repair.
It was a mystery to them last year too,

you can also push up gently on the plastic bu shoving a credit card up under the top case cover below the pocket pc logo
