where are activesync's backup (.stg) files stored on my HD?

By defeault Activesync will store the backup file with the device profile. Somewhere like:

C:\Documents and Settings\Local Username\Application Data\Microsoft\ActiveSync\Profiles\Pocket PC Profile name\backup.stg
