Ring tones for cell phones/PPC-P

Can anybody tell me the names of some companies that make ring tones for cell phones and PPC-P?
I have some questions that I want to ask them. Thanks

Also, please specify your make/model, as many have proprietary formats. My Samsung SPH-i700, for example, will take (almost) any .wav file, but my previous cellphone (I've already forgotten the brand) would only take tones designed specifically for it.
