I have imate phone (which is the same as xda 2) and it has a speakerphone, so I think that all HTC Blue Angel / MDA III / xda IIs have it too (99%).
Can anyone who already has XDA 3 confirm?

Don't worry it has a speakerphone. I just tested it out on my new MDA III and it is the same as the MDA II. You press and hold down the green call button during a call to activate the speakerphone and it works very well.
