Alright Janak, my issue is this: I use it on a 320x320 screen. For reasons beyond my knowledge, resolution is not enough where it matters the most: in the figures and text shown. Probably the cause is that RepliGo forces me to fit into a "letter size page" a drawing that normally is draft to fill a 4 feet x 3 feet plan sheet.
But I would like to know if having a VGA screen makes any improvement in the resolution given that weird page setup of RepliGo.
As a side note, in March and also a week ago I sent my info to RepliGo's support people seeking help and none of those times did I get ANY answer.

Well, if you want to email me an RGO, I can try viewing it and can send you a screen capture.

:( What contact did you use?

I both posted a thread and sent them my PC's Repligo setup and a file via their support email address...
Let me go into the program and use the "print to file" option, that is the only I can use from my dwg viewer...

Janak, I got an update on my "issue"...
For a reason (if there is a reason to act so foolishly...), I failed before to notice that I actually CAN change paper size to a larger one.
Using a 11x17 inches "sheet", RepliGo has really started to perform to me. It's to say the least, my dream come true resolution-wise
Just left to say now, thanks for your kind help.

Just to reply about the support from Cerience. We have a new policy whereas if a support email is sent to the RepliGo team, you will receive an autoresponder giving you common solutions to common problems and questions and links to our FAQs.
If none of these resources solve your problem, you need to send another email to one of the designated email addresses listed in the autoresponder.
This policy change was due to the increase in our user base and the support load was getting very heavy with the same questions and issues.
Thanks for your understanding

Well, I guess fortunately I found my mistake anyway. Thank you.
Right now, I still experience some bad resolution results sometimes, but usually it happens when I choose to convert extremely large printing areas compared to the size of the virtual media I'm "printing" on...
But dividing the source area into smaller ones, properly coordinating sheet's orientation, and using the largest sheet available in the RepliGo converter, I achieve very good resolution.
This is making me happy again with my PDA (the main use I give to it is in reviewing construction plans using RepliGo) !!!
