Hi, which Bluetooth Headset do you guys recommend? I have tried the JABRA 250 and I have alot of problems with it being very choppy even if I am 2-5 feet away from my 6315.

I like how the JABRA Fits and I think its very comfortable. I tried the Motorola (the one TMobile offers) and I didnt like it to much, I found when I was driving and I check my blindspot to switch lanes it would flap as I moved my head.

Thanks!
John

well .. I am in the middle of comparing the Motorolla HS820 and the SonyEricsson HBH-65.

It was recommended to me that I disable the "turn on device if not used for x minutes " on battery power... for incoming calls to work.

Motorolla Headset seems to pair with the Ipaq much nicer.
The Sony gives random issues. Hope this helps.

I have just bought the new HBH-600 Akono from SE and the battery life compared to previous models is doubled at least....makes it much more usable in my opinion. It is dinkier too. And bizarrely cheaper that the outgoing model.

But then I have the K700i so I am 100% of compatibility - I have no idea about other devices...

I have the HBH-65, which has horrible battery life. I don't know what the talk time is but by the end of the day, it's drained, even though I don't talk on the phone much. The HBH-35 was much better on battery life and more comfortable to me.

The HBH-600 has 2-3 times the battery life of the HBH-60/65, which I also have.

I have both the SE HBH-600 and the Moto HS-810. The nice thing about the HS-810 is that it automatically "connects" when the boom is opened (disconnects when boom is closed). On the HBH-600, I have to turn on the headset, then manually connect it from the computer or the phone. Is this the case with most headsets? I would think that the headset should be able to automatically connect, but I'm not sure why it works for the Motorola, but not for the Sony Ericsson.

My HBH-600 automatically connects and disconnects from my K700i as I switch it on and off...

Hmmm, I wonder if it's because I have paired my headset with a few different devices. Any ideas as to how to reset the headset?

I've actually been looking into this quite a bit myself recently. From all reviews I see, the newer SE headsets are quite nice (HBH300 and HBH600) and very much improved from older models in every way. Despite the lower price, even Sony says that their HBH300 is tops when it comes to call quality. The other headset I hear about is the Bluetrek G2 which looks really stylish, has great call quality, but are not the most comfortable headsets... you can get them now for around $50.

I currently have the Jabra 200 which is comfy but bulky and it can get 'static'-y when line of sight is broken.

As for pairing, AFAIK all headsets should automatically pair with your cell as soon as you turn them on... but if you do have it paired with several different devices, that'll probably complicate matters! I know when I was pairing my Jabra with two different cells, I was having similar problems.

I just picked up the Motorola HS810 for use with my h6315. I've only had it for two days, but it's working out well so far.

Well, I was mistaken when I said the Sony HBH-300 is at a lower pricepoint than the HBH-600. It turns out that the HBH-300 is their flagship line, though there is an HBH-660 with caller ID built right into the headset that goes for an even higher price.

I just recently purchased the HBH-300 and have been using it for the past 2 weeks. It's a great headset. Even outdoors with wind blowing in my face, the other caller can hear me quite clearly. The volume is not as loud as my old Jabra but it's sufficient in most cases. The headset itself is very comfortable and if you own an SE phone, then you'll be pleased to know that this headset uses the exact same charger as the SE phones use, so no need to carry around an extra charger.

Finally, battery life on the HBH-300 is incredible. Sony claims 10 hours talktime and something like 300 hours standby. I haven't tested it to that extent but from my usage, it's definitely much longer than my old Jabra (which was already excellent). I haven't yet seen the headset run out of juice (I charge it every 3 or 4 days and keep it turned on the majority of the time).

I received my Logitech freedom headset a few days ago. My comments: overall it hooks up okay with h6315, but can be a bit "particular" sometimes, headset fits very comfortable on the ear, I can hear others okay but I don't think it's very loud on the other end which is my main concern. It doesn't seem to matter if I talk louder or not.

I'd like to hear of others experiences with this BT headset and the h6315.
