won't boot, I need help

I installed a bunch of programs on my Ipaq. One of them was JSlandscape. I tried using it to switch my pdA to landscape mode. It made me do a reset and now the statusbar of ther reset fills all the way up and then just stops. The OS doesn't boot. I tried letting the battery die so it will do a hard reset, but that didn't work. Is there any way I can fis tthe problem????
