How to watch vcds on wmp ??

Hi I'm Sunny

I've got several vcds like harry potter which i want to watch on my ppc.

I'll going out on a trip next weekend. I want my vcds to be with me. how can i watch them on my ppc as wmp don't detect .dat files !!

vcds have .dat as extention so how do i watch them.

please help !!

You will find that the .DAT files can be renamed to .MPG and Windows Media Player on the PC can read them just fine. From there, you can convert the file to another compressed file format (e.g. WMV or DivX) to make the file more compact for your Pocket PC.
