I'm trying to use a SanDisk Wi-Fi SD card for my Audiovox 4100 PPCPE running WM2003. Everything installed ok, and most apps work but not all.
I can use the following apps:
Inbox
vxUtil
Stocks&WeatherToday today plugin
BUT, I can't use MSN IM and pIE? any ideas why?

I have a problem with the SandDisk CF 128+WiFi CD-ROM Utilities. I was about to buy the SD Wifi card but now … can you be so kind to tell me what exactly does you mean by “I can use the following apps:”?
If you wonder what was my problem look at: http://www.wifizard.com/tutorialsXP/cf-128-wifi/index.htm
Cheers.

exactly what it says, I can use those apps with the wifi card. those 3 apps will connect to the internet via the wi-fi card and are able to send/recv. data. pIE and IM don't work for some reason, the return an error message as if the device was not able to connect to the internet.

Sounds like a Connection Manager issue. :| Tweaking that, while possibly painful, may be ultimately be the solution to the problem.
You can verify it's not the card by going to www.cam.com and downloading vxUtil, and pinging your router. As soon as that works, it's certainly not the SD card's fault.

What I meant was that I can’t use the utility for the CD-ROM but it does not mean I can’t surf or Sync. This is way I add the link to my Pictorial you must be able to setup the Wi-Fi only with the drivers for the SanDisk web site. Try to follow the Tutorial (http://www.wifizard.com/tutorialsXP/cf-128-wifi/index.htm)
Cheers,
