Rather predictable, but the iPaq 6315 also contains a DiskOnChip, similar to the one that the XDA II / T-Mobile MDA has ...
It is hardly suprising that unhiding it proves to be identical to unhiding the XDA II's extended ROM.
If you delete the value "MountFlags" (dword:00000001 == 'hidden filesystem') from the key [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\StorageManager\Profiles\TRUEFFS_DOC1], this disk gets mounted as '\iPAQ ROM'.
The sad thing however is that not only it has been made read only, (for which a fix probably will come out), but also that it's only 4Mb, just enough to carry the T-Mobile utilities and splash screen.
Now, who finds a way to get rid of the "read only" status? I would like to see if I can modify T-Mobiles vbattery.exe to use 1233 rather than 123 as default number for voicemail. Vodafone NL uses 1233, but this utility resets the registry at each soft reset.
