Is there a way to try out Windows Mobile 2003 SE on the PC? I believe they're called SDK's or something... If one does exist, would I be able to install programs on it and basically have it act like a Pocket PC Emulator? Also, would I be able to try it out in VGA mode? I just want to see first hand how WM2003 SE works in VGA mode. e800's are only sold online now, and there aren't any other VGA devices out on the market to try out yet. I'll probably need help trying to get it started, too.. Thanks!

Sorry for the double post, but I got the Emulator. So now the PPC can turn on in VGA mode and everything, but the annoying thing is I can't seem to install any programs on it, such as SE_VGA. Anything, for that matter. Is it supposed to appear as an ActiveSync device or something?

It is an emulator, but is not designed to install programs into. Rather, it is designed to be able to debug WinCE/PocketPC/WinMobile code on a desktop PC during the development phase.
You may be able to trick the environment into running an existing executable by writing a C++ program to call the executable, but I'd expect the results to be flaky at best.
