Has Two Peaks Software gone out of business? Their forum has not worked for two weeks, they don't answer emails, phones or return messages! Anybody know what is going on?

I hope not as I have purchased numerous TwoPeaks titles in the past. In fact, I use TripTracker and FlexWallet weekly.

Don't talk like that! You scared me! 8O
I seriously hope Two Peaks hasn't gone out of business. I absolutely love their FlexWallet program. Possibly they are really backed up with fixing their site, replying to emails, and returning messages?

I've emailed Mel and will let you know - my hunch is that he's just really busy.
The website has had some technical problems due to a crashed hard drive. That is why the forums went down. We're still in business and working hard on releasing new products and upgrades. We've also sent the hard drive for data recovery, so the forums will come back this week. I apologize for the lack of timely email responses, a lot of unexpected things just happened together and I haven't been able to keep up. Thanks for your support!

I came here to post just this question! I've got a problem with PVM. I posted in the forums, and I sent TWO support e-mails, and got nothing in reply. This was about three weeks ago.
Meanwhile, PVM is still dead. Unfortunately, it has "hidden" all my past data from me, including billable trips and costs, maintenance, etc. It's not just a pain, I'm losing money over it.
So how can I get help?
Carlos,
Are you sure you haven't filtered out your old data ? Click on View > Events and make sure "All Events" is checked. Also, click View > Date Range and make sure "All Dates" is checked. Hope this helps.

Hey Mel,
I've posted about a two peaks related issue (purchasing software on a special offer for PPCT subscribers) on another thread on this forum (in the software section). Can you please help me with that. The thread is right next to this one (for now).
Thanks

I wish it was that simple. I can't get that far, since the three vehicles don't show up at all. They just disappeared. I open the app, and there are no vehicles. The filesize is still what it should be, but I can't see anything in it. Oddly enough, I can add another vehicle, and it shows up, but not the existing ones.
Oh, I hope not! I like Two Peaks!

I like them to, but it's now at least 4 weeks since I asked for some help, trying all available methods (forum - dead now, web support twice - no reply, and phone - dead line). I apreciate problems happen, but if a company is going to be totally unavailable to their paying customers for this long, they should be putting something up on their web site, and maybe making anouncements on these forums as well.
Funny how their problems haven't stopped them accepting orders.

Yup, this is very bad. They need to be out of business if they're going to act like they are. I'm sitting here with hundreds of dollars in lost revenue because I can't retrieve the data from their program, and writing everything down on paper for now.
So...anyone know of another vehicle expense tracking program for PPC...?

i checked to see if the forum was back today, and it now works again, but there is no new information on why it was down, or what happened for the whole month that they were down.

Nor any answer on my forum post or two e-mails for support...
