If I were an e-comm outfit I don't think I'd be bragging about my feedback rating when I only had 23 sales. I have more sales I only ocassionally buy and sell stuff on eBay.

All I'm sayin' is, Sears probably didn't use their customer service record as a major selling point at that time. I'll all for the entrepreneurial spirit. I just thought the 100% positive feedback rating thing was a little hokey. ;)
