Not sure. The HP iPaq 1910/19xx series were pretty small...

Id say the new HTC phone edition device(not smartphone) will be the smallest one ever.

Really? I don't have the specs handy, but that would be cool if it really is smaller than the 19XX series.

if you are asking this question because just you are curious, than i cant give an answer , but if you are thinking of buying the smallest pocketpc, then go for 1945

Well yeah, not much area outside of the screen which is 2.8 inches large so that one is bound to be smaller then the Ipaq 19xx series
