I need to downgrade my IPAQ 3970 ROM from version 3.00 WM 2003 (which doesn't appear to support the 3970 Bluetooth software, back to 2.10. However, the standard Ipaq installer keeps giving me an error code 117 saying that my Ipaq needs to be 3900 and above, and refuses to apply the update.
Therefore I need to find a way of uploading version 2.1 manually without using the standard update software package. Does anyone know how to do this??
