It has a unique design to accommodate the keyboard for both storage and use. It's a beautiful case. However, seems it might take a while to answer the phone.

My thoughts exactly. It looks so nice to look at, but I like the ability to quickly grab my 6315 from my hip at anytime.

I'm also afraid that the speaker on the 6315 is so weak that this case would make it inaudible even further.

Very innovative, though. I don't know if I'd like to walk around with the keyboard attachment on, though, in public. :?

Very nice :) However, I'd think that the keyboard case would be prone to popping off when passing through narrower spaces.

I ordered one. Expensive as hell ($80 US) but I need something more convenient that what I got now. While I don't see me clipping the keyboard case to the phone, it is a nice stand-alone case to keep the keyboard in. Also, it's good to see that they went with a magnetic enclosure instead of their usual button snap type.

Oh, by the way, they aren't available now. I got an email that said it won't ship for 20 days. I don't get why these case makers don't have their cases ready to go immediately on a new device's release. I'm sure they could get engineering samples or at least a dummy case well ahead of a product's release. And of course, it looks like my card was charged immediately :bad-words:

Actually, you'd be surprised how very difficult it is to get things like that, especially prior to launch. Jason has built Pocket PC Thoughts to be the #1 Pocket PC site in the world, yet most manufacturers provide precious little assistance with eval/loaner units or specs. And, those that might want to share place such ridiculous constraints on the relationship that it's better to not even get involved.

How long do you think it will be before other companies start coming out with 6315 cases? This case looks really great, but the price is really something. Also, any ideas on how big the case is compared with the case that comes with the 6315? How many credit cards could probably fit in the 2 slots? I'd like to replace my wallet so that instead of carrying a ton of stuff around, all I ever need is my trusty PPC.

Thanks,
Derek
