I'm developing a new application that allows native transcoding services on WM2003 devices (no external proxies or translation servers required).
It's in Alpha Testing, but I think it's pretty useful already for accessing otherwise complex desktop websites.
If you have unlimited GPRS or WiFi, and want to help test and/or create XSLT transformations, please let me know!
