SWDeluxe skin suite updated

I updated the SWDeluxe skin suite (http://www.kolumbus.fi/anders.ruohio/swdeluxe.html) to include support for ContactBreeze + I added weather icons for WeatherPanel.

If you bought it from my site you should have gotten a message already asking if you want the update (it is almost 3 megs so I didn't want to spam your inboxes).
