live pixel problems

I have had my e800 for about 3 months now and up until this time i have had very few issues with it. However, during the last few days i have had around 10 always on (live) pixels on the screen. They are most noticeable on ablack background, but can be seen on any darker image. Some pixels are permanently green, some blue and some red. is there anything that i cando about them? what caused them? and what is Toshiba's return policy on them?
