I'm looking to purchase a PDA for everyday use and to integrate planning with my daily activities, work, etc. I came across this Fujitusu model and wanted more info.

Does anyone have any opinions or pricing info?
Thanks

That is a thing of beauty... similar to the Asus A730... neither have been released yet.
But any PocketPC would probably serve your needs. But I admit you have great taste in devices...
Oh the pricing should be about $600us

Yeah, that or the Asus version will probably be my next PDA. Very nice... can't wait for them to come out :)

Is the LOOX V70 and 720 the same device? Does anyone know, I think that they are really similar spec wise....

That V70 is a rebranded Asus so its a different device from the 720.

So are they producing both the V70 and 720? The 720 has better features it seems.

The Loox v70 is coming from Fujitsu - and is largely a rebadged Asus a730 (but without Bluetooth).
The Loox 720 is from Fujitsu-Siemens - and is produced by HTC.
In the past Fujitsu have produced variations of the Fujitsu-Siemens Loox models. This time they went their own way.
Hopefully the person who made that idiotic decison within Fujitsu has been sacked/shot/sent to manage their new Iraqi HQ...

Duncan,
Thanks so much for clearing that up for me. Do you know if there will be a bluetooth and WiFi model coming from Fujitsu?
-Justin.
What is missing from the 720 that the V70 doesn't have?

Not that I'm aware of. If the v70 is the Pocket PC that interests - then you may as well buy the dual-wireless version of the Asus a730.

The VGA comparison on our site - see link in my sig below - compares the feature sets of the Loox v70, Loox 720 and Asus a730.
