Since the norm these days is to only mention negative experiences - and I don't mean on this site, but people in general are more likely to post a bad experience than a good one!
Yesterday, I ordered Fitaly through PocketGear and got the canned email that said I'd be getting a licence key in 24 hours.
Since I usually haven't had any issues getting the keys, once the 24 hour mark hit, I got concerned and sent an inquiry off to PocketGears support line.
About 6 hours later I got a reply back saying they'd emailed the dev and would follow up later.
About 2 hours later I got an email from a nice person at Fitaly who said that somehow they never got the order, and would PocketGear be so kind as to email the confirmation over. Five minutes later I got cc'd on an email from PocketGear as they sent the confirmation over.
Within the hour, I got my license key.
It was, from start-to-finish, a completely pleasurable experience, and the support I got was top-notch.
I just thought I drop a happy customer story out there.
