WTB: Pocket PC for $113.22 (non-CC paypal)

My ipaq 1930 screen cracked and I need a replacement asap, but all I can spend is my paypal cash ($113.22). LMK if you have something that would work for me in that range (or less.) Mostly need it for medical apps (drug refs and ebooks etc...), no need for much fancy, but a smaller package and built in expansion (i.e. no sleeves) would be preferred.

Items that seem to be close to that range would be ipaq 1930, toshiba e405, axim x3/x30 basic (x5 seems to large), asus 600/620, etc...

hey would you be intrested for an ipaq 3630 or a be-300 it has built in cf and color screen with 16 megs ram and 64meg cf card i am currently running beeV2 on it (windows xp type thing)
