View Full Version : Help needed - can't resolve synchronisation

I've had my IPAQ 2210 for about a week. I've just come across a synchronisation that cannot be resolved.

Files - 1 item unresolved - but I can't see which file it is. All I get is

"synchronisation cannot be completed because a file cannot be synchronized with your mobile device. Close all programs onyour mobile device and this computer and synchronize again"

I've done this multiple times, but I still can't resolve it. Any suggestions?

A couple of things to try (if you haven't already):

1. Restart your PC and soft reset your PPC, then re-connect them.

If that doesn't work:

2. While your device is connected, move all of your files and folders from your device's My Documents folder (i.e. "PocketPC My Documents") to another location and let the changes sync. This should remove all the files from your PPC as well. Once it's done, move all the files and folders back and Activesync should move them all back (without any unresolved items).
