Does anyone have any experience installing quake on their pocketpc;

I have an iPaq 4150;

Do I need any files or updates?

Anything I should be aware of or cautious of?

Thanks for the help.

Eeeeevvvverything you need to know is here (http://quake.pocketmatrix.com/). Make sure you get the PAK file at the downloads section, and here's a little tip: IF you have enough memory (i recommend an expansion card to install it on), but you should unzip the PAK file all the way, it cuts down load times for levels by a million (well, maybe not a million, but dang close.. :wink: ) good luck!

are you sure? I have a 2215, and Quake I runs almost perfectly! Does it lag for you, or a low framerate?

Hmm well the most recent version does play sounds, and very well, and granted the landscape orientation deal is annoying, but there's a trick to it to allow you to play in landscape, but you just have to search the forums over there at pocketmatrix for 'landscape orientation'.
