File explorer

I have been able to use file explorer until recently. Now when run file explorer I just get My device with no files listed. When I touch My device it blinks and doesn't give me any option. I did a reset but still doesn't list any files. I have download a program called total commander and it see all my files,cf card and sd card.
Does anyone know what wrong. Is there a file missing or needs deleting?

I had the same problem so I started using Toshiba´s home aplication.
Did you install and subsequently delete Resco file explorer trial?

No I have installedand remove Resco file explorer .
