Or seen any other plastic cases that are out there? Is this one durable?

Yes I have one right now. I really like how they did this. I dropped it a couple of times and nothing happened to my Ipaq.

I have this case for my iPaq 2215 and I would not recommend it. The way the stylus is removed is not very reliable - the plastic part used is not very strong and it breaks. The case was a good idea, but low quality PVC plastic is used in the making of this case and it seems as though it will shatter with the slightest bump.

I do not trust this case for my Ipaq, instead, I use high quality leather cases (Covertec, Piel Frama, Bellagio, to name a few) and my Innopocket.

You can buy the same cases by the same manufacturer for cheaper at http://www.ipaqcases.com

I would also suggest that you put a better title next time for your post so that more people respond.

Good luck,

Justin.

I use this for my 2215 as well. The stylus remover doohicky popped off after a few days and got lost. Another issue is the fit of the case. On my 2215, the right side is just slightly too tight. When it's closed all the way, it digs into the rubber grip a little, leaving a little scratch and making it hard to open. Maybe it's just my case that has that problem, and I don't think it would really affect the 4150 since it doesn't have the rubber sides.

On the other hand, it feels really sturdy to me (except that little stylus doohicky). I think it protects pretty well. I prefer a leather case, but when I want something really slim and pocketable, I use the plastic case. I consider it disposable since I only paid $10 for it.

where did you get it for only $10? ebay? would you consider it to be safe if it were dropped?

I got it HERE. (http://store.yahoo.com/meritline/pda-plastic-box-hp-ipaq-h2210.html)

It's not branded, but I've compared it to one my friend bought from JavoEdge and it looks exactly the same.

would you consider it to be safe if it were dropped?

Fortunately I haven't tested this yet. :) It feels pretty sturdy though.

Todd,

There is only one manufacuturer for this case. Meritline, Ipaqcases, JAVOedge and others (Suntekstore etc.) all rebrand it and charge more money. Meritline is the cheapest, then Ipaqcases.com and so forth.

The case does shatter when dropped, we figured that out :)
