Help! cannot copy files from IPAQ1940

Help! cannot copy files from IPAQ1940
Hy to everybody,

This morning I'm trying to copy some images or .zip files from the IPAQ1940 to my PC. Everithing seems good but the 'copy dialog box' starting, the 'copy line' was processed completely, but the files was not present in the PC folder. WHY ?!?!

I've tried to:
change PC subfolder
change type of file to copy from IPAQ
change IPAQ subfolder
reinstall the ActiveSync 3.7.1 without see any changes

all the tests was without success

P.S.
If I'm copyng a file from PC to IPAQ all working perfectly and the file is present in the Pocket PC

Is it a IPAQ register code problem?

How are you trying to copy the files? Using Windows Explorer? Have you tried to put the files in the My Documents folder on your Pocket PC and enabling file synchronization so they'll automatically be copied during a synchronization?
