I've been using my PPC (h2215) with its built in bluetooth, and its been pretty unstable.
Several Problems
- Once I connect and then disconnect, I can no longer reconnect. If I go on the computer that has the bluetooth dongle on it, I get an error from Dr. Watson saying that Bluetooth Com Stack server has encountered a problem. This is fixed by clicking on the bluetooth icon in the taskbar, but still its very annoying having to reboot it everytime I want to reconnect
- When I click on a link I have about a 25% chance of it working. (I think this is a ZoneAlarm problem, but I can't seem to fix it.)
- To connect to the computer I need to log onto one username and then press the switch user button, but when other users log on or log off, I can no longer use bluetooth.

Sorry for the long post, but theese issues have really ben bugging me.

When ZoneAlarm requests permission for any of your Bluetooth programs, tick the box to allow it access everytime. That way, you won't always have to wait a while and configure it each time you need to use it.

I'd consider uninstalling and reinstalling your BT drivers to see how that goes. If that doesn't work too well, you may want to try getting rid of Dr. Watson. There may be some sort of conflicting issue. From past experience, I've determined that Dr. Watson is my least best friend. 8)

hmm ZoneAlarm has never asked for permission for my pocket pc applications to access the internet.

If I uninstall and reinstall the bluetooth software, will that mean that I need to use even higher COM ports? I never could get active sync to work.
