I'm looking for an app that I can record my shots on the go. Then when I get home I can sync it to a desktop app or an actual note or text file is ok too. I have a 35mm SLR film camera and I'm learning, just started last year.
Thanks in advance.

Do you mean you want a program to record your camera settings (aperature, shutter speed, etc.) for each shot? I'm not quite sure what you mean.
In any case, I looked for photography related PPC software over a year ago, and there were only 2 apps. I think one was for calculating the hyperfocal point. And the other was a database template for Handbase which let you enter information about the shot if I recall correctly.

Yes, to record shutter, aperature, etc. from every shot. I've spoken to some photographers and they just recommend paper & pen. One guy actually emailed me a Word doc template that I can use very easily. I did find those free apps for depth of field and exposure.
Guess a pocket pc isn't good for everything! :D

What is wrong with Excel? One spreadsheet per film.

Ok ....um...if anyone saw my post before...just nvm that...lol
VisualCE is a good program that allows you to create custom forms (like a database but with a few more options to make it more visual).
You can make a bunch of boxes to record your data in.

You could use LISTPRO to make a template for whatever info you want, and keep it separated by rolls. Quite easy :)

This is something I don't have to care since I switch to a Digital SLR 8)
