Program That Tells iPAQ's Manufacture Date

Hey all,

I remember about two years ago, when I had my first iPAQ 3970, there was a program that when run on the iPAQ would display the machine's date of manufacture. Does anyone know what the program was called and where I can find it? I got a second-hand 3970 recently and want to know how old it is.
