Do all Ipaq 4155 Pocket PCs have the yellow tint problem?

While it is not as pronounced as the 1945, it still looks bad. Are all of them like that? I might return it (however, I bought it through Best Buy.com, so it would be a pain in the butt to return.)

I think so. Some to greater degrees than others I believe.

I forgot mine had the issue until you just reminded me though. ;)

Mine does and I've seen many others complain about it. It isn't so bad if you tilt it so the top is closer to you than the bottom.

I wouldn't have even noticed if I hafn't heard so many complaints on this site. Once I knew the problem existed, then I noticed it. But, as others have posted, its only visible at some angles and I usually don't look at it at that angle.

I believe certain batches of the h41xx uses different screen (I mean brand/model) and that's why it has the yellow tint problem. I bought mine about 3-4 months later than my friend did. His screen's yellow tint is not as serious as mine it seems. I went back to the shop but it seems that all the h4150 in stock had the same problem.

This is a very good thread. Yes, I am the post originator, but the issue hasn't gotten out of control here at all :)
