I think that you are talking about the list of hacks included in Tweaks2K2... well I think that the majority of them are self explanatory. What is the one that you don't understand?

Thanks for the link. Certain terms are apparent as to what they're changing, but since I'd be messing with the registry, I just wanted to make sure I knew what was going on. Thanks.
