Please guide me to the right place

Hi,
I'm new (well, newly returned) to Pocket pC developement.
However, I cannot get base eVC4 to install without an error.

I think it's connected to a "new hardware" setup. The message just appears then is gone, The installer message is the usual helpful "something go wrong...."

Where should I seek to discuss this issue?

Indeed, I've moved it. Unfortunately, I don't know the answer myself. Hopefully someone will know and will be able to post a response.
