which PDA has the largest screen out there?

I can't stand the too-small screens of most PDAs. Does anyone know which PDA has the largest screen dimensions?

The largest readily available screen on a PDA is the Toshiba e805, with a 4" screen. The iPAQ hx4700 will also have a 4" screen (check out the article on it on the frontpage).

The largest screen I've ever heard available on a PDA is 5" -- the Samsung NEXiO. It is not readily available in North America or Europe, though, and does not run Pocket PC or PalmOS (it runs Windows CE .NET).
