Prob w/ Betaplayer

I have a mpeg-1 type video that i want to play, but BP doesn't play it. it first won't recognize a ".mpg or mpeg" extension, so i tried renaming the extensions to .avi or .divx, and those open, but the video doesn't play. is there anything else i can do?

also, when i label it as a .mp1, then it plays the sounds, but no movie.

It doesnt play MPEGS for that you need PocketTV
