Is there some debugger for Pocket PC, which runs on Pocket PC? And what about a disassembler?

there is no debugger or disassembler working on a PPC.
in fact the only debugger running on a desktop is the debugger built into eVc!

Well.I can write one :). What i need is a good compiler, which runs on the Pocket PC. I have Pocket C, but it can not call windows api funtions as i saw :(

The GCC C/C++ compiler has been ported over and runs well on the device itself. Here is a link to the original port http://mifki.ru/pocketgcc/ and here is a link to a different and later port http://mamaich.kasone.com/ .

why do you want a compiler that will work on PPC? whats the point? why dont you use eVc instead?
