Difference between 4150 and 4155?

The device is the same.

I've heard that the 4155 comes with more software, but someone else can hopefully confirm.

This is classic HP.

You will get the same hardware, but different software.

HP does this a lot with their printers also. The DJ720 and DJ722 for example were the same printer. The 722 just came with more software.
